The purpose of the National Association of Railway Business Women (NARBW) is to stimulate loyalty and interest and foster cooperation and a better understanding within the railroad industry and its affiliates; create good public relations for the railroad industry; and undertake charitable, benevolent and social welfare projects.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the Association is open to women who are currently or formerly employed by a railroad or railroad‑connected industries (including contractors), as well as women who are relatives of individuals working in these fields.

Local Chapter Membership
Chapter membership gives you the opportunity to join an established chapter in your area with the ability to attend monthly meetings and take an active role in the activities on a chapter and national level.
Membership fees vary by chapter.
Member-at-Large
Members-at-Large have an opportunity to join NARBW even though a chapter has not been established in your area.
As a Member-at-Large, you can serve on a national committee supporting the chairperson; you are welcome to attend virtual or in-person chapter or national meeting/activities; you will receive the "Capsule" our quarterly newsletter, and you are encouraged to attend our annual national conventions.
The membership fee to join as a Member-at-Large is $35.
