The National Association of Railway Business Women (NARBW) 2018 National Woman of the Year is Dana Robles of the Jacksonville Chapter. Dana has become a vital member since she joined NARBW in 2011.
With her guidance and leadership, her chapter has become stronger. She is a big support to NARBW through fundraisers and events.
She started working for CSX Technology in 1996. She is a member of the Service Management Team/Service Delivery. She has worked with computers all her life and truly enjoys working in the technology field.
She attended her first convention in 2015 in Savannah, Georgia, and has been hooked ever since.
Dana is active in the CSX Women’s Network, African American, and Hispanic Inclusion Groups; the National Association of Black Accountants and the National African American Women’s Leadership Institute. She has been active and supportive of NARBW since joining. She recruits and schedules quality guest speakers for monthly meetings that keep interest in the membership. She serves her church in various capacities and volunteers for the following organizations: Clara White Mission, Ronald McDonald House, American Lung Association, Hubbard House, March of Dimes, Susan G. Komen and The American Heart Association. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Her hobbies include tennis, jogging/walking, and reading a good book.
