Congratulations to Joyce Higgs, Roanoke chapter, who was elected National President. Joyce has served the Roanoke chapter in many ways over the years she has been a member. The last four she raised hundreds of dollars as their Ways and Means Chairman.
She has served on the National level as Secretary, Jewelry, Nominating and Publications Chairmen. Say NARBW – and Joyce is there! She has many years of experience at all levels of our organization and will be an enthusiastic and supportive leader. Congratulations Joyce!
